01 · Our story

From textile floors
to AI infrastructure.

The studio started inside a family textile business in India. The first product wasn't a SaaS pitch — it was an ERP, built because the off-the-shelf options didn't understand fabric, didn't understand karigars, and didn't survive contact with Indian GST.

Once that ERP was running, a pattern showed up: the messy parts — tenancy, accounting integration, compliance, the anti-corruption layer between modern frontends and legacy ERP backends — were the same across every Indian SMB vertical we looked at. Leather had it. Jewelry had it. Food had it. What changed was the vocabulary on top.

Krypto Forge is the answer to that pattern: one platform built carefully, then a sequence of vertical products on top — Paraslace for textile and garment manufacturers first, with leather, jewelry, and food queued behind it.

02 · Founder

One person,
full stack.

The studio is a solo founder operation for now — from PostgreSQL schemas to deployed Docker containers, from Rust backends to React frontends. That's the point.

Ankur Jain

Founder · Engineer

Ankur grew up in the textile business. His family runs Paras Lace, a manufacturing unit, and that's where the studio's first ERP was built — on the floor, against real orders, with the workflow happening in the next room.

03 · Principles

Four rules
we don't bend.

  • We build, then explain.

    Working software comes before the deck. If something doesn't ship, it didn't happen. Customers see the thing running before they see the brochure.

  • Boring software, done right.

    Most Indian SMBs don't need a chatbot. They need inventory counted right, GST filed on time, orders shipped without three phone calls. That's the work.

  • One studio, many brands.

    Krypto Forge is the corporate entity and the platform. Each vertical product gets its own customer-facing brand — Paraslace for textiles, more to come — so we never ask a tailor to log into an ERP system.

  • Customers, not press.

    We measure ourselves by what runs in production every Monday morning at 9 a.m. Not page-one launches, not investor decks. Real users, real data, real money.
