Smallest engagement we've taken: a two-week automation sprint, around 80 hours of work. Below that, you're better served by a freelancer or an off-the-shelf tool — we'll say so honestly rather than pad a scope.
India. The studio is fully remote-capable but the bulk of the founder team and infrastructure sits in IST. Daily standups and weekly reviews adapt to your time zone.
If you want one signed first, we'll counter-sign within a day. Otherwise the first discovery call is under an implicit mutual confidentiality assumption — we don't share what's discussed and we don't expect you to either.
Yes, monthly retainers for production systems we've shipped or inherited. Typical retainer is 20–40 hours/month for monitoring, small features, and on-call coverage. We don't sell retainers for systems we haven't built or audited.
